Трое военных в Хабаровском крае обвиняются в избиении своих сослуживцев
Военный следственный отдел СК России по Хабаровскому гарнизону предъявил обвинение трём военнослужащим, которые избили двух сослуживцев.
Как сообщает СК РФ, в декабре 2010 года рядовые Данис Гилязетдинов, Вячеслав Шестаков и Константин Хохлов силой затащили в туалет одного из своих сослуживцев и, желая показать свое превосходство, избили его и попытались окунуть головой в унитаз.
Когда этот военнослужащий вырвался и убежал, обвиняемые из тех же побуждений затащили другого военнослужащего в туалет, где нанесли ему несколько ударов кулаками.
В отношении солдат следствие возбудило уголовное дело по части 2 статьи 335 УК РФ (нарушение уставных правил взаимоотношений между военнослужащими при отсутствии между ними отношений подчиненности, совершенное группой лиц), которая предусматривает до пяти лет лишения свободы.
В настоящее время рядовые находятся под наблюдением командования воинской части. Расследование уголовного дела продолжается, пишет .
В феврале 2011 года такое же обвинение было предъявлено еще двум военнослужащим одной из частей Хабаровского края. По версии следствия, в результате возникшего конфликта они окунули сослуживца головой в унитаз. При этом инцидент был снят на видео и выложен в интернете.
После случившегося военная прокуратура провела проверки по выяснению причин и условий совершения преступления в этой воинской части.
