В Приморье дефицит мороженной сайры не наблюдается
В Приморский край за последние четыре месяца было поставлено свыше 10 тысяч тонн мороженной сайры. Помимо этого в край с Сахалина и районов промысла ввезено около восьми миллионов консервных банок с сайрой.
По данным ветеринарного надзора Управления Россельхознадзора по Приморскому краю, за последние четыре месяца, с ноября 2010 года по март 2011 года, в Приморский край было поставлено чуть более 10700 тонн мороженной сайры, предназначенной для выработки из неё консервов. Из этого количества уровень зарубежных поставок составил 8600 тонн. При этом вся импортная сайра поступала только из Японии, сообщил VestiRegion.ru Виталий Саленко, помощник руководителя по связям с прессой правления Россельхознадзора по Приморскому краю.
С районов лова Дальневосточного рыбохозяйственного бассейна в Приморье было поставлено 1882 тонны мороженной сайры. Помимо этого, в край с Сахалина и работающих в районах промысла плавбаз ввезено 1644 тонн сайровых консервов, что составляет 6,71 миллионов консервных банок.
В ходе проведения государственного ветеринарного контроля в отношении всей поступившей рыбопродукции, нарушений действующего законодательства о ветеринарии и требований о качестве и безопасности пищевых продуктов не выявлено. Вся поставленная продукция направлена в производственный оборот.
