У жителя Приморья нашли героин
Вчера в Артеме сотрудники Госавтоинспекции в районе улицы Заводская обратили внимание на странного прохожего. Как оказалось, интуиция не подвела стражей порядка – суетливость мужчины объяснялась наличием запрещенного вещества.
Обнаруженный при осмотре пакет с белым порошком немедленно был направлен на экспертизу. Как сообщили VestiRegion.ru в пресс-службе УВД ПК, в свертке находится героин массой более 2 граммов.
По данному факту возбуждено уголовное дело. Согласно действующему законодательству незаконные приобретение, хранение и перевозка наркотических средств наказываются штрафом в размере до 40 тысяч рублей, исправительными работами на срок до 2 лет, либо лишением свободы на срок до 3 лет.
