В Хабаровском крае бывший глава городского поселения оштрафован на 100 тысяч рублей
В Хабаровском крае вынесен приговор бывшему главе городского поселения «Город Советская Гавань» 58-летнему Юрию Григорьеву. Он признан виновным в превышении должностных полномочий.
Как сообщили VestiRegion.ru в Следственном комитете РФ по Хабаровскому краю, Григорьев в мае 2007 года выделил начальнику управления службы заказчика, имеющему собственное жилье, служебную 2-х комнатную квартиру. В июле 2008 года он разрешил приватизацию данной квартиры. В результате незаконных действий бывшего главы городского поселения муниципальному образованию нанесен ущерб в размере 930 тысяч рублей.
Приговором суда Григорьеву назначено наказание в виде штрафа в сумме 100 тысяч рублей.
