Вице-губернатор проверила работу «скорой помощи» во Владивостоке
Сегодня, 23 июля, вице-губернатор Приморья Ирина Василькова посетила подстанцию «Центральная» скорой медицинской помощи во Владивостоке. Одна из причин визита — увеличившееся за последнее время количество жалоб на работу «скорой помощи» со стороны населения. Ирина Василькова посмотрела, как работает диспетчерская служба, побывала в комнатах отдыха для бригад «скорой помощи» и водителей, в гаражном боксе.
«Нехватка кадров – одна из наших самых острых проблем. Не хватает врачей и фельдшеров. Из-за нерешенных социальных вопросов, таких как отсутствие жилья и мест в детских садах для детей наших работников, квалифицированные специалисты долго не задерживаются, — посетовал заместитель главного врача по медицинской части «Станции скорой медицинской помощи Владивостока» Егор Жидков. – Из-за достаточно низкой заработной платы, к работе на «скорой» очень сложно привлечь квалифицированных водителей». По словам, в среднем за сутки диспетчеры принимают около двух тысяч звонков. А обслуживает весь Владивосток лишь 25 бригад. Это примерно на 50 процентов меньше от необходимого количества.
«Совершенно очевидно, что сегодня во Владивостоке необходимо открывать дополнительные подстанции «скорой помощи», — сказала Ирина Василькова. – И одновременно необходимо решать кадровые вопросы. Сегодня во Владивостокский медицинский университет уже проходит целевой набор для подготовки медицинских специалистов. Молодые люди получают бесплатное образование с условием, что после окончания учебы они придут работать на «скорую помощь». Кроме того, мы обязательно рассмотрим возможность увеличения заработной платы водителям «скорой» и строительства во Владивостоке общежития для врачей и фельдшеров», — подчеркнула вице-губернатор.
Отметим, уже в августе автопарк «скорой помощи» пополнится 18 новыми автомобилями, приобретенными за счет средств краевого бюджета.
