Депутаты Законодательного собрания Приморского края пока только в первом чтении приняли закон «О порядке перемещения задержанных транспортных средств на специализированную стоянку»
С 1 июля вырастут штрафы на дорогах
Между тем, закон, ужесточающий штрафы за неправильную парковку вступает в силу уже 1 июля.
В России будут эвакуировать все без исключения авто, водители которых нарушили правила стоянки и остановки, причем в Москве и Санкт-Петербурге штрафы за эти нарушения будут в разы выше, чем в других российских регионах.
Закон регулирует не только эвакуацию машин и мотоциклов, но и водных транспортных средств — катеров, яхт, маломерных судов.
Срок хранения транспортных средств будет исчисляться не в сутках, а в часах. В скором времени в Интернете появится список организаций, которые имеют право хранить у себя задержанные автомобили.
