Во Владивостоке завершено дело о мошенничестве
Следователем отдела полиции №5 (Советский район) УМВД России по городу Владивостоку окончено расследование уголовного дела по обвинению уроженки города Партизанска, совершившей мошенничество.
В ходе расследования установлено: потерпевшая, решив приобрести квартиру во Владивостоке, обратилась за помощью к агенту, которого ей порекомендовал знакомый. Просмотрев несколько вариантов, потерпевшая определилась с выбором. Женщины заключили договор на оказание посреднических услуг для приобретения жилого помещения. Злоумышленница предложила внести в счет стоимости квартиры аванс — 700 тысяч рублей.
К оговоренному сроку документы на квартиру готовы не были. Позже потерпевшая позвонила хозяевам выбранной квартиры, от которых узнала, что недвижимость уже продана третьим лицам. Тогда она связалась со злоумышленницей и сообщила, что отказывается от сделки и хочет вернуть предоплату.
Не получив своих денег, обманутая женщина обратилась за помощью в полицию.
В ходе проведения оперативно-разыскных мероприятий полицейские задержали 37-летнюю жительницу Владивостока.
Следователем отдела полиции было возбуждено уголовное дело по статье Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации «Мошенничество».
Следователем выполнены необходимые следственные и процессуальные действия. Расследование завершено. Доказана причастность обвиняемой к совершению преступления.
Уголовное дело направлено в суд для рассмотрения по существу, пресс-служба УМВД России по городу Владивостоку.
