В Приморье началось расследование махинаций с землями Минобороны по девяти уголовным делам
Чиновники Владивостокского лесничества Минобороны РФ стали фигурантами целого ряда уголовных дел из-за мошенничества с земельными участками военного ведомства, сообщил военный прокурор Тихоокеанского флота Сергей Скребец.
«По материалам прокурорской проверки возбуждено девять уголовных дел в отношении начальника Владивостокского лесничества, его заместителя и ряда гражданских лиц, осуществивших отчуждение мошенническим путем земельных участков площадью более 7 тыс. кв.м стоимостью свыше 22 млн рублей», — сказал Скребец, выступая в среду на открытом форуме прокуратуры Приморья и военной прокуратуры ТОФ во Владивостоке.
По его словам, чиновники уволены, расследование дел продолжается.
«Также по оперативным материалам УФСБ по ТОФ возбуждено и расследуется уголовное дело в отношении бывшего начальника ФГКУ „Дальневосточное территориальное управление имущественных отношений“ Минобороны России и его сына», — отметил Скребец.
Он уточнил, что дело связано с покушением на получение взяток в крупном размере от представителей коммерческих организаций за покровительство при принятии решений о передаче в аренду объектов недвижимости и земель в Приморье.
