В Якутии 150 семей мёрзнут в новых квартирах. Среди них и сироты
Сиротам и переселенцам из ветхих домов в Якутске досталось новое холодное жильё. Предположения регионального отделения ОНФ о низком качестве дома, в который заселили 150 семей, подтвердила прокуратура, сообщили корреспонденту ИА REGNUM в пресс-службе «Народного фронта».
Речь идёт о девятиэтажном строении по адресу Германа Титова 2/2, куда в конце 2016 года заселили 150 семей, часть которых — дети-сироты. Здание сдали с недоделками и многочисленными нарушениями, но чиновники закрыли на это глаза. Между тем, люди жаловались, в основном на протекающую канализацию на первых этажах и холод в квартирах.
Прокуратура выяснила, что ГУП «ЖКХ» Якутии подтвердило, что дом соответствует всем техническим условиям по теплоснабжению, не смотря на неисполнение застройщиком всех необходимых положений на подключение к сетям. В итоге дом отапливался некачественно, права его жильцов нарушены, и сейчас решается вопрос о возбуждении уголовного дела. Из-за некачественного теплоснабжения промёрзла канализация и сточными водами затопило квартиры на первом этаже дома
При тепловизионном обследовании квартир обнаружены также отклонения от требований СНиП по качеству дома: нарушения, допущенные при строительстве по периметру оконных блоков и в местах стыка кладки стен и пола. При этом окружная администрация Якутска почему-то не обязала застройщика устранить недоделки.
ОНФ республики заявил о проблемах в новых домах по улице Билибина. Детей-сирот и переселенцев заселили в новые здания, где уже образовались трещины. Кроме того, квартиры им предоставили в домах на окраине и без инфраструктуры, хотя компания-застройщик получила господдержку на возведение для них жилья в центре города.
