Прокуратура согласилась с УДО экс-главы «Мостовика» по делу о растрате на стройке Приморского океанариума
Прокуратура Омской области не намерена подавать апелляцию на решение Советского суда Омска, удовлетворившего ходатайство адвокатов экс-директора НПО «Мостовик» Олега Шишова об условно-досрочном освобождении, сообщил прокурор региона Анастас Спиридонов.
«Прокуратура изучила материалы, предоставленные исправительным учреждением по делу Олега Шишова. Мы не возражали против удовлетворения ходатайства и не будем принимать решение об опротестовании», — заявил на пресс-конференции Спиридонов.
Ранее сообщалось, что 16 марта Советский суд Омска удовлетворил ходатайство защиты Шишова об УДО. Таким образом, экс-руководитель «Мостовика» выйдет на свободу 28 марта.
В марте 2016 года Шишов был приговорен к трем годам колонии по делу о растрате 1 млрд рублей при строительстве Приморского океанариума во Владивостоке. В сентябре Куйбышевский суд Омска признал Шишова виновным в уклонении от уплаты налогов в особо крупном размере (п. «б» ч. 2 ст. 199 УК РФ) и мошенничестве в особо крупном размере (ч. 3 ст. 159.4 УК РФ).
По совокупности Шишову было назначено наказание в виде четырех лет колонии общего режима.
