Глава «Роснефти» Сечин лично передал $2 млн Улюкаеву
Глава «Роснефти» Игорь Сечин лично передал экс-министру экономического развития Алексею Улюкаеву 2 млн долларов.
Эти денежные средства министр потребовал за выдачу компании положительной оценки, позволившей осуществить сделку по приобретению государственного пакета акций ПАО АНК «Башнефть» в размере 50%, заявил прокурор Борис Непорожный в Замоскворецком суде Москвы во вторник.
Это заявление было сделано в ходе оглашения письменных доказательств по делу Улюкаева, который обвиняется в коррупции, сообщает «Интерфакс».
"Улюкаев обратился к Сечину с требованием передать ему 2 млн долларов за предоставление положительной оценки, а также за последующее общее покровительство «Роснефти», — огласил прокурор рапорт по результатам оперативно-следственной проверки.
Согласном оглашенным материалам, Сечин передал 2 млн долларов 31 октября в офисе «Роснефти». При передаче взятки, следует из документов, присутствовал также вице-президент «Роснефти» и глава службы безопасности компании Олег Феоктистов, который ранее подал директору ФСБ Александру Бортникову «заявление о противоправной деятельности Улюкаева».
Это заявление, подписанное Сечиным, было оглашено гособвинителем во вторник в Замоскворецком суде Москвы. Из документа следует, что Феоктистов «получил от Сечина информацию о противоправной деятельности должностных лиц Министерства экономического развития РФ», согласно которой, Улюкаев потребовал от руководителя компании 2 млн долларов за содействие при осуществлении сделки по приватизации «Башнефти».
Согласно заявлению, при отказе выполнять условия Улюкаев пригрозил Сечину в дальнейшем препятствовать деятельности «Роснефти». «В случае реализации Улюкаевым угроз „Роснефть“ будет нести финансовые потери, которые могут также оказать негативное воздействие на экономику РФ», — отмечается в документе.
