Приморье примет участие во всероссийской акции «Будь здоров»
Региональный этап всероссийской акции «Будь здоров», приуроченной к Всемирному Дню здоровья, пройдет в Приморье с 3 по 8 апреля. В этом году девиз акции – «Здоровье для всех».
Как сообщили в департаменте здравоохранения, в рамках акции в крае пройдет ряд мероприятий, нацеленных на формирование у населения грамотного представления о здоровье, механизмах его поддержания, выработку необходимых навыков и умений по ведению здорового образа жизни.
«Это будет большая просветительская кампания. Например, наши специалисты будут готовы ответить на вопросы доступности и качества медицинской помощи. Волонтеры проведут тематические уроки по основам ЗОЖ. Для школьников организованы выставки рисунков “Здоров я – здоровая Россия”, конкурсы в игровом формате между командами по темам ЗОЖ и профилактика неинфекционных заболеваний и многое другое», – сообщили в краевом центре медицинской профилактики.
В субботу же, 7 апреля (во Всемирный день здоровья), специалисты Владивостокского клинико-диагностического центра приглашают жителей и гостей города на «Прогулку с врачом» по набережной Цесаревича. Традиционно оздоровительная прогулка, которая доступна всем, пройдет с 10:00 до 11:00 часов.
Врачи центра проведут мастер-классы по общеукрепляющей гимнастике, скандинавской ходьбе.
Организаторами акции «Будь здоров» выступают всероссийское общественное движение «Волонтёры – медики» Приморья при поддержке департамента здравоохранения края, сообщает пресс-служба администрации края.
