Минтруд не нашел нарушений в запрете привлекать мигрантов на работу в Якутии
Высшее должностное лицо субъекта РФ вправе ежегодно с учетом необходимости и особенностей рынка региона устанавливать запрет на привлечение иностранных граждан на работу, сообщили в четверг журналистам в пресс-службе Минтруда России.
«Высшее должностное лицо субъекта РФ вправе ежегодно с учетом региональных особенностей рынка труда и необходимости в приоритетном порядке трудоустройства граждан РФ устанавливать запрет на привлечение хозяйствующими субъектами, осуществляющими деятельность на территории субъекта Российской Федерации, иностранных граждан, осуществляющих трудовую деятельность на основании патентов, по отдельным видам экономической деятельности», — рассказали в министерстве.
В Минтруде добавили, что данное положение зафиксировано в федеральном законе «О правовом положении иностранных граждан в Российской Федерации».
Как уже сообщалось, глава Якутии Айсен Николаев подписал указ о запрете привлекать в 2019 году иностранцев к работе в 33 областях экономики региона. Среди них — рыболовство и рыбоводство, сельское, лесное хозяйство, охота, строительство, торговля, услуги такси, транспорт, социальные услуги.
